Child Fair is the largest family event in the Nordic countries, bringing families together to spend quality time, enjoy activities, and shop for products and supplies.

The most exciting weekend of the spring features themed activity zones, fun competitions, exhibitor booths, live music performances, and meet-and-greets with beloved fairytale characters. The popular sports area will once again offer opportunities to try out a variety of hobbies and sports, while the model-building zone invites visitors to explore the world of construction and miniatures.
The Child Fair attracts a large number of children and families. Please note that the first event morning may be especially busy. Your ticket also grants access to the Pet Fair (Sat–Sun) and the Food Fair (Fri–Sun), which take place simultaneously.

Expectant Parents’ Afternoon at Lapsimessut
Expectant Parents’ Afternoon on April 24 at 14:00–17:30.
This program section is especially designed for pregnant people and future parents. It offers valuable information, practical advice, and peer support related to pregnancy, childbirth, and the first weeks with a baby.
Fun of Building in the LEGO World of Mini Piipoo
Mini Piipoo offers LEGO building activities in three themes: architecture, Minecraft, and red bricks.
The area features 60 building tables and over 450 kg of bricks, as well as a dedicated DUPLO area for younger builders. In addition, the character Emmet will visit the area four times a day!
Fashion Area at Lapsimessut
The Fashion Area brings together children’s and women’s clothing. Find inspiration for dressing the whole family and discover pieces that are designed to last through everyday life and stand the test of time!
Sports Area at Lapsimessut
At the Sports Area, visitors can try out a variety of hobbies and sports all under one roof! Activities include pesäpallo (Finnish baseball), ringette, cheerleading, harness racing, circus skills, jump rope, and swimming.

Traffic Village
Pedal around in ride-on cars, learn about traffic guidance, and explore the equipment of a fire truck!
