Exhibition spaces and prices 2026
Choose the most suitable form to participate!
Booking mere exhibition space gives room for creativeness. All needed elements can be brought to the stand or ordered from Messukeskus. Take advantage of our ready-made stand solutions and customise your stand with your own brand identity, reserve a stand space and take care of everything yourself or use our design and construction service.
We also provide turnkey stand packages.

Price includes:
- 16A 230V 3,6kW socket, electricity consumption, installation and dismantling.
- the environmental fee includes a share of the waste management and sorting expenses. You can leave small trash and the removed and rolled-up carpet from your booth. If the carpet is from Messukeskus, we will take care of it for you.
- publicity fee includes a visibility on the exhibitor list on event website. In addition the exhibitor can upload company logo, a link to company website, share the stand programme and any other information with the visitors.

You can add stand structure package to your exhibition space. Ready-made-stand is an easy and cost-effective solution including walls, carpets and lights. All you need to bring or rent is furniture and stand decoration.
The rent of exhibition space is not including to the price and will be added.

- Back wall: 400 cm, side wall: 100 cm, partition wall between stands: 100 cm

A key aspect of Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre’s sustainability work is the economic and employment impact of the event venue on its surroundings. Last year, events held at Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre generated a revenue stream of €245 million for the Helsinki metropolitan area, with the employment impact amounting to 3,335 person-years.

Terms of participation
The terms below apply in addition to the general terms of participation of The Finnish Fair Corporation and terms of participation.
- The invoice for participation is due 11 February 2026.
- Expostart €670 (incl. socket 16A 230V 3,6kW and energy consumption, Publicity and environmental fee) is charged from all main exhibitors (excluding table stands).
- Stands with two storeys: the square meters of the second storey are subject to a charge which is 50 % of the space rental.
- Joint stands: If the stand is used by several exhibitors, a Publicity and environmental fee €450 is charged from all exhibitors. The company in charge of making the reservation is required to manage all other invoices.
- An extra charge of 25€ + VAT/invoice is charged if additional invoices need to be made when, for example, the space rental is paid by several companies, or the company contact information is being changed.
- VAT is added to all prices.
- Please make sure to place your orders for stand structures and technical services in time, as prices will increase in tiers as the event approaches. The first price increase takes effect 40 days before the event.
